I am a compassionate and client-centred therapist with a strong background in psychology, hypnotherapy, and mind-body wellbeing. With over 15 years' experience working in the health and wellbeing sector, I support adults who are seeking emotional balance, confidence, and meaningful personal change.

I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and am trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, and Somatic Breathwork. My work is grounded in both evidence-based psychological understanding and practical, integrative techniques that support emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Sessions are available online and in person, and are always tailored to the individual's needs, goals, and pace.

Background & NLP Qualifications

My professional journey bridges physical wellbeing, mental health, and therapeutic practice. I began my career as a fitness and wellbeing professional and have worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting lifestyle change, confidence, and motivation. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of how emotional and physical health are closely connected.

In 2021, I qualified as a Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and EMDR Practitioner, and since then I have been running my own private practice, offering one-to-one therapy both online and face-to-face. I later completed an MSc in Psychology, further strengthening my knowledge of trauma, anxiety, stress, and human behaviour.

I am also a qualified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, allowing me to integrate body-based techniques alongside talking therapy. I work ethically, confidentially, and in line with professional standards, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering, not overwhelming. Every client is unique, so I do not use a one-size-fits-all model.

Sessions may integrate hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, somatic breathwork, and psychological insight, depending on your needs and preferences. We work at a pace that feels right for you, with clear goals and regular reflection on progress.

I place strong emphasis on building trust and helping clients develop practical tools they can use outside of sessions. My role is not to "fix" you, but to support you in reconnecting with your own inner resources, strengths, and capacity for change.

Clients often describe my style as calm, grounding, and reassuring, while still being focused on meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Additional Rate Information

Sessions start from £75. I also offer block bookings, which can provide better value and support continuity for those wishing to commit to ongoing therapeutic work. In addition to the therapies listed above, I also offer Somatic Trauma Healing Breathwork sessions. This is a powerful, body-based approach that supports emotional regulation, trauma release, and nervous system balance, and can be used as a standalone session or integrated into ongoing therapy work.
