My calling, as a Servant Leader, to guide people experiencing trauma, anxiety, loss & grief began 25 years ago.

My mission is to help people move through stages of hope keeping them accountable on their journey. I serve as a traumatic grief therapist, community healthcare chaplain, certified coach, an international speaker and published writer.

I work with adolescents to adults, families and community groups, and can help guide you through the transitional stages of your life's journey from loss to re-connection, so you can live a full life with hope.

I use various approaches, depending on your preference and need. In addition to talking therapy, I work creatively and contextually. My main contextual approach is to use systemic therapy for individuals or families or couples which looks as the dynamics between your relationships with others, the cultural and political environment as well. For issues around loss and grief, I use the modern 'continuing bonds' and 'meaning reconstruction' approaches.
