By tailoring a therapy that is unique to your specific needs, I am able to help you work through any issues, achieve your goals and enjoy the quality of life you deserve. Therapies are carried out in comfortable, relaxed surroundings near Hamilton Square, Birkenhead or via Zoom for those further afield/prefer the comfort of their own home.

Along with the above, I also offer NLP, Hypnoanalysis & Regression, Counselling and G.A.D (General Anxiety Disorder) Therapy.

I began my journey as a Psychotherapist in 2007, incorporating Hypnotherapy in 2009. The majority of the Hypnosis training was mostly achieved under the guidance and tuition of the esteemed Terence Watts, Principle of the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and chairman of the National Register of Psychotherapists & Counsellors . Other training has been with Christopher Howard, Internationally acclaimed Lifestyle Strategist and award winning Author as well as with the School of Integrated Therapy in Brighton. I feel just as passionate about my work today as I did when I began.

Hypnotherapy, Counselling, BWRT and Transformational Coaching are every bit as successful online as they are in person and offer a greater flexibility for those who cannot see me in person, for whatever reason.

In order to deliver the most up to date advancements in psychotherapy, I am committed to continued professional development, with two professional associations and have trained in many disciplines so that I may be of better service to my clients.
