Sometimes people reach out when they feel overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected, or quietly struggling; even if everything “looks fine” on the outside.
I provide a calm, thoughtful therapeutic space where we can explore what has been weighing on you, at a pace that feels manageable. My work is psychology-informed and trauma-aware, blending evidence-based understanding with practical tools to help you regain steadiness and clarity.
Alongside my academic training in psychology and extensive clinical background in healthcare, I bring lived experience of navigating significant life transitions and high-pressure environments. I understand both professionally and personally how stress can accumulate quietly; how capable, strong people can find themselves depleted without fully knowing when it began. That perspective shapes how I work: with depth, respect and without judgement.
I am particularly interested in life transitions, emotional exhaustion, identity changes, and the impact of prolonged stress. Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective; we work together to help you understand your patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and rebuild a sense of grounded confidence.
I also lead Hope & Wellbeing Hub in Milton Keynes, offering workshops and retreats that centre on resilience, recovery and sustainable wellbeing.
If you are looking for therapy that feels real, human and steady; rather than rushed or formulaic. I welcome you to get in touch.

I work in a calm, steady and reflective way.
Therapy with me is not rushed, overly clinical, or focused on quick fixes. It is a space where we slow down enough to understand what has been building beneath the surface; the patterns, pressures, expectations and internal narratives that may no longer be serving you.
My approach is psychology-informed and trauma-aware. I am interested in how your nervous system has adapted to stress, how your identity may have been shaped by responsibility or high standards, and how emotional exhaustion can develop gradually over time.
Rather than only managing symptoms, we work together to gently unfold the deeper root causes of what you are experiencing. Understanding where patterns began and why they made sense at the time allows us to create meaningful change rather than temporary coping.
Therapy with me is collaborative. We reflect, explore, and then translate insight into practical steps. Together, we create a plan for implementing changes in your daily life, sustainable changes, aligned with your values, and based on what you genuinely want, not what you feel you “should” be doing.
Because of my clinical healthcare background, I understand how stress impacts both mind and body. I pay close attention to pacing and regulation, ensuring that growth feels steady rather than overwhelming.
Above all, therapy is a relational space. You do not need to perform, impress or explain yourself perfectly here. It is a place to be honest about what is difficult and to rebuild from there in a way that feels grounded and lasting.
