I became a hypnotherist after experiencing hypnotherapy first hand and was astounded by its powerful and positive results. I believe the subconscious mind is the key in solving many of the problems life throws at us, be they emotional, physical, psychological or spiritual.

I have a rich 10 years experience, working privately and have seven years experience working for Platinum Healing Retreats. I'm here, working at this very special time, to help and assist you with your awakening. I work using all my modalities to help you release any thing from the past that no longer serves you, so you can move on and gain freedom in your life. In a session with me, I'd work very much on your energetic system, using colour and aromatherapy (Colour Mirror Essences) to help you change any limiting beliefs or behaviours that were holding you back in life. I can help facilitate change in many areas such as: depression, anxiety, confidence, presentation skills, driving tests, sport performance, weight loss, smoking cessation, addictions, habits, fears and phobias, inner child healing, emotional healing, grief and loss, IBS, achieving life goals and past life healing.

I understand that everyone is unique and that we all experience life in many different ways. I endeavour to tailor my treatments to cater for your individual needs and to provide you with the necessary tools to make positive changes to your life. I am happy to do in person sessions (60 or 90 minutes) or remote sessions too.
