I am a highly qualified and experienced, fully accredited Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). A fully qualified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, qualified & registered Hypnotherapy Supervisor and an Advanced Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping). In addition, I am a fully qualified and registered Hypnotension Practitioner. The Hypnotension Programme uses proven cognitive and Hypnotherapy techniques combined with behavioural coaching to tackle the most common lifestyle factors which cause high blood pressure. It's possible that the Hypnotension Programme could help over 90% of the people who are diagnosed with hypertension to get it under control and even significantly reduce it. I am a dedicated, innovative and creative trainer, therapist and coach with over 22 years experience of training and developing people at all levels. My unique specialist skills are founded on combining the transformational change techniques of NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Coaching and States of Mind coaching with the traditional training and people development skills & techniques I' have honed over that time. After having spent nearly twenty years working in developing, growing and nurturing people and their potential in a global international blue chip company, I was made redundant in March 2012 and established a 'people focused' therapy and training practice, Mind Being You, that offers fully accredited NLP Training. Hypnotherapy, NLP & EFT in comfortable, friendly premises in Congleton, Cheshire. This is helping people achieve true and lasting transformational change in their personal and professional lives.

A a trainer, therapist and coach, I enjoy working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I have also recently spent time working with adolescents and teenagers to help them deal with low self-esteem, lack of confidence and bullying.
