Alice Mackintosh (Hons) Phys, BSc (Hons) NT, mBANT: Nutrition
Alice believes that true wellbeing comes from finding balance in the body, and balance in your life and this is a philosophy that she brings into everything she does – be it working one-to-one with her clients, creating recipes, or speaking at events or seminars.
Having qualified 10 years ago, she has mastered the application of cutting-edge nutritional science for real people living real life. Her sage, realistic advice and depth of experience makes her Chelsea based clinic a popular choice for those wanting help with anything from low energy, anxiety and digestive concerns, to hormonal imbalances, immune issues and migraines. She has a particular love of skin health, and helps her clients overcome an array of skin conditions, which is also what led her to launch her award-winning supplement range Equi in 2016.

Having always had an affinity for health and wellbeing, Alice dreamt of being a doctor as a teenager, but life had other plans. It was when she was studying Biomedical Sciences as an undergraduate that she began to take an interest in nutrition and how this might play a part in not only managing ill health, but crucially, preventing it.
She followed her calling, which sparked a lifelong passion for nutritional science, leading her to study nutrition therapy at CNELM where she graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in 2012.
Alice began practising on Harley St at the then renowned Food Doctor clinic before opening her own clinic in 2016 in West London.
Alice now works across a range of different areas within the nutrition world. As well as running her busy clinic, she is regularly invited to run seminars and events in a corporate setting or consult for new hotels and business in the wellbeing sector. She is a published author of the best-selling book The Happy Kitchen and founder of award-winning supplement range for women, Equi.
Alice is an accredited member of BANT and the CNHC, and each year completes regular training on the latest nutritional science as part of her continued practitioner development, which keeps her fully immersed in the latest research.
Skin health, digestive health, hormone imbalances and stress.
Alice recognises that everybody is different, and works with each individual to create bespoke strategies that are tailored to their unique needs and health objectives. The objective is to always find the underlying issue in order to create an effective and sustainable solution. Alice also advises on a range on different biomedical testing to help identify imbalances or issues that can be contributing to the problem.
