My approach to therapy starts with a holistic view of the person. Physical, mental & spiritual. Understanding their nature, their natural tendencies, their predispositions along with observation of signs and symptoms. In Ayurveda, observation of the person constitutes 60% of the diagnosis. The remaining 40% is divided between a formal body constitution analysis ("dosha analysis"), nutritional assessment, health history, and current imbalances from their natural state.
