I'm eager to share with you my knowledge of all things food and nutrition to help you optimise your health status. I've had a passion for the power of food since I was a professional dancer in my twenties and realised the huge benefits of a balanced and varied diet. After many years of eating the same boring foods I started to crave a diet which would support my lifestyle. I started to appreciate and understand the benefits of eating healthy and the positive affect it has on your body and mind. I've experienced first hand the affects and want to pass this knowledge onto you. With the stresses and strains of modern life, it's not easy to feel well all of the time, and this is where Nutritional Therapy can help. Optimum wellness is all about being full of energy, free from pain, sleeping well, coping easily with stress, and looking and feeling great. A Nutritional Therapist specialises in one to one consultations, where I will identify areas of nutritional imbalance and create an individual nutrition programme to improve and optimise your health and wellbeing. I will show you the link between your symptoms and the foods you're eating. I'll advise you on why certain foods can benefit you, recommend alternatives and inspire you to make changes as you gain control and bring your body back into balance.

Nutritional Therapy does not have a "one size fits all" approach, our individual needs are as varied as our backgrounds. Factors that influence your health and nutritional requirement include age, physical health, lifestyle, genetics and most importantly, our environment. As a therapist I will take all your needs into consideration and design a realistic personalised programme that will help you reach your health goals. My recommendations will be appropriate to fit into your life, making it realistic and achievable. Suggestions will include meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists, targeted nutritional supplements (if requires) and lifestyle changes. Your initial consultation will take around 90 minutes where I will ask a series of questions giving me a detailed understanding of your needs. A follow up is recommended after 4 weeks. This takes 45 - 60 mins and will monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. Further follow ups may be recommended at the needs of the individuals. Initial consultation is £65 Follow ups £40
