I work with trauma and people who live with long term pain. You've tried your doctor, a physio, osteopath or chiropractor but nothing has worked.

There can be many reasons why your pain or injury persists and usually, if you have been in pain a long time, it means it's not a straight forward problem of tissues not healing; there are other things going on.

Finding out what those things are - asking the question WHY - is how I work.

The reason I specialise in pain is because I know what it's like to live with long-term pain. I've been there and spent many years and many pounds looking for answers.

When you live with long term pain, it occupies a lot of your thinking, it stops you from playing with your kids, your grandchildren... and of course, it limits what you can physically do because either the pain stops you or you don't want to make the pain worse.

I use and integrate into my treatments:
