I qualified from the College of Osteopaths in 2009 and have since undertaken a specialist Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics to enhance my skills in the treatment of babies and children. I established an Offington Osteopathic Clinic in Worthing in 2016, where I work with a team of experienced osteopaths, sports therapists and massage therapists. We refer patients within the clinic to our colleagues, but also have good links with other health and sports professionals in the area to help you get back to all of your normal daily activities as safely and quickly as possible

I am deeply committed to empowering my patients by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of their pain and equipping them with the knowledge to prevent future issues. I treat using both structural and cranial osteopathy. I also hold a qualification in Western acupuncture and utilise advanced techniques such as ultrasound and taping. I aim to provide a personalised care plan to not just treat your discomfort but also to help with preventing future issues. I work with my colleagues in the clinic to ensure the most appropriate treatment is provided, but also with other local health and sports professionals to help prevent future recurrences of your pain.
