My Approach
Treatment is with the root causes and maintaining factors in mind, to this end we work as a team. I do not treat to a formula but tailor treatment according to your unique history and presentation. As such you may find that parts other than the area of pain need to be adjusted to benefit the whole. On your first session you may be asked to undress to your undergarments in order that movement and tissue quality can be assessed. If you are uncomfortable with this soft flexible exercise clothing may be worn. If you play a sport it is helpful to bring equipment such as shoes or if a musician your instrument.
