About me

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist 10 years ago and I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council. I believe in hands-on Physiotherapy so you won't get a sheet of exercises from me! I have experience treating people who have pain or injury and I also have experience treating people who have neurological conditions. I mainly use Myofascial Release treatment as I have found this to be the most effective treatment in relieving pain and restoring function - for anyone!

"Suzy White's myofascial release treatments are amazing! I have had treatments to help me with lower back pain, very stiff neck from whiplash, and bruised ribs from a cycling accident. in each case the myofascial release approach has greatly reduced my pain. For example after suffering a bike accident my neck was severely jolted and my ribs bruised or fractured. One myofascial treatment provided my neck with greater mobility and my ribs were far less painful! Similarly with lower back pain, before the treatment I could not bend to touch my toes without pain. After one treatment I was able to get off the treatment table, bend and touch my toes without any pain! Absolutely amazing! I don't know how myofascial works, but it does and I highly recommend this course of treatment. Ideally every two to four weeks for maintenance to keep the aches and pains away."
