I am a fully qualified and accredited CBT practitioner with professional experience spanning NHS services, charities, private therapy providers and consultancy. My clinical background includes delivering evidence based therapy (CBT and EMDR), supervising therapists, and leading mental health and NHS Talking Therapies services. My clinical experience and training gives me a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions and ensuring therapy is accessible and tailored to meet individual needs.
As my career has included both direct clinical practice and senior leadership roles, I have gained a broad understanding of mental health services, evidence-based interventions, and the realities people face day-to-day.

I offer face-to-face sessions in my Exeter practice, as well as sessions online via video call. Therapy is tailored to your goals and may include guided exercises, reflective discussion, and practical techniques to try out in-between our sessions. I work at a pace that feels right for you, ensuring sessions are supportive, clear and focused on helping you move forward.
