I am a trauma-informed, jungian therapist working with adults online & in person in North East England. I offer short or longer term therapy packages that suit you.

I have over a decade of experience working with adults, alongside specialist trauma informed therapy with adopted children, young people and families.

I also offer clinical supervision, well-being workshops at workplace which can be tailored to your needs for staff or service users.


Background & Psychotherapy Qualifications

Over a decade of expertise in working with adults online and in person . I worked with individuals aswell as groups. I am a highly specialised therapist working with developmental and complex trauma and attachment difficulties with both children and adults. I am qualified at masters level Art Psychotherapy practice, I am registered with Health Care Professions Council, I am trained in EMDR and trauma, Healing trauma through guided drawing, PACE, and Mindful based stress reduction.

I am a trained clinical supervisor for trainee, or newly qualified therapist, mental health professionals.

My Specialisms

I use Art Therapy alongside Jungian theory exploring dreams, metaphors and symbols. I am also trained in EMDR, Trauma Healing with guided drawing and Mindfulness for stress reduction. I am psychodynamic so will be curious about early relationships and how these impact your day to day life alongside exploring what is held within your unconscious which is affecting your life in a maladaptive way now.

Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

I am person centred, psychodynamic art therapist with a jungian approach. I offer free consultation where I can Understand fully your background and current issues and for us both to meet and see if we are a good fit.
I offer, short term or long term therapy. I have space for online sessions or in person sessions. Sessions are normally 50minutes weekly and this can be discussed at consultation.
Client can use various art materials to explore their feelings and all work is kept confidentially if in person and is property of client at the end of therapy. . You do not have to be good at art and it is very different to an art class.

FREE consultation either over the telephone or in person There is a sliding scale of rates if person is on low/minimum income. There is a reduced fee for trainee and newly qualified therapists and mental health professionals. There is package fees if a person wants to make a block booking to work on a specific issues, theme.
