What I Can Help With:
Rather than focusing only on labels or diagnoses, I work with the real-life challenges you may be facing, such as:
• Relationship difficulties, marriage, separation, or divorce
• Family conflict and cultural expectations
• Work stress, burnout, and career change
• Stress or lack of motivation related to education or studying
• Immigration, integration, and cultural adjustment
• Confidence, self-esteem, and exploring what matters most to you
• Trauma, loss, and existential concerns
• Parenthood, infertility, and life stage changes
• Anxiety, worry, and feeling on edge
• Loneliness, isolation, and disconnection
• Identity, self-understanding, and life transitions
• Decision-making and living with uncertainty
I work exclusively with adults (17+).
My approach is existential and attachment-informed, helping you reflect on your values, relationships, and emotional world so you can move towards what you most deeply want. I also integrate CBT techniques where they can be useful.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgemental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. My role is not to impose change, but to help you connect with your own priorities and possibilities, so you can make choices that feel authentic and meaningful to you.
