Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

My approach is existential and attachment-informed, helping you reflect on your values, relationships, and emotional world so you can move towards what you most deeply want. I also integrate CBT techniques where they can be useful.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgemental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. My role is not to impose change, but to help you connect with your own priorities and possibilities, so you can make choices that feel authentic and meaningful to you.
