Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I see personal wellbeing as a healthy relationship between our inner and outer worlds, with the therapist's role being to guide a client to a trusting relationship with their own inner wisdom. I find that working with dreams, mythologies, symbols and nature, either within or outside the therapy room, provides a reliable framework to connecting with our deeper selves. The unconscious contains a wealth of healing resources that can help us overcome our fears, self-doubts and other symptoms, particularly when given a safe supportive space in which to emerge.
