Joseph Madden
Psychotherapist in London

Trauma-informed relational therapy for adults rebuilding self-esteem and relationships — Marylebone, Soho & online. I help adults explore how past experiences shape their present, supporting them in managing anxiety, depression, self-criticism, and repeating relationship patterns. Together, we'll explore how your identity, experiences, and relationships influence your current patterns — helping you manage anxiety and stress, feel more at ease in relationships, and move toward meaningful change.

Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

Depending on what you need, we can take a short-term, structured approach for relief and clarity, or work more deeply to understand unconscious influences, family dynamics and repeating themes. We might use dreams, metaphor or creative reflection alongside practical strategies that help you feel more grounded day to day.

I value curiosity and honesty in therapy — qualities that help us stay real and open to growth. I practise in Marylebone and Soho, and also offer online sessions for clients across London and the UK. If you're ready to explore your story and connect more fully with yourself, I'd be glad to hear from you.
