I offer in person, online and over the phone counselling for adults and where possible can accommodate your availability. Whether it's for depression, bereavement, loss of confidence, relationship issues, trauma, stress, anxiety and more. Background & Psychotherapy Qualifications

With diplomas in counselling, hypnotherapy and life coaching and a qualification in mediation. I'm both academically and experientially qualified in providing both highly effective and ethically sound counselling and psychotherapy to adults 18+.

I have years of experience in working with adults of all ages, backgrounds and presenting issues with a high referral rate and success rate of progress and resolutions.
