I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice from the University of Nottingham (Level 7) and an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I specialise in working with young people and adults, including those with diagnoses of or traits of ADHD, Autism, or other forms of neurodivergence. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, behaviour challenges, and other difficult emotions and life experiences. In sessions, I help you explore your thoughts, make sense of your experiences, and work towards positive change.
More than focusing on labels, my priority is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace.
?
My approach is person-centred and integrative. Being person-centred means I see you as the expert in your own life, and I work alongside you rather than telling you what to do. Together, we create a space where you can reflect on your experiences and find your own way forward. Integrative simply means I can draw on different approaches when needed, so our sessions are shaped by your needs and what feels right for you.
If highly structured or solution-focused therapies have not worked for you, this way of working can offer a more flexible alternative where you feel heard, valued and supported in finding a path that feels meaningful.
