Therapy and life coaching share a strong foundation in supporting personal growth, fostering self-awareness, and empowering individuals to create meaningful change in their lives. While therapy may delve deeper into emotional patterns and healing, and coaching often emphasizes practical strategies and future goals, these approaches are highly complementary. My training in both allows me to offer a seamless, adaptable experience—drawing on therapeutic tools when clients need to process emotions or past experiences, and coaching techniques when they are ready to take action and build new habits.

My Approach

My Approach I focus on the whole person—how you identify (gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion etc.), your environment, relationships, cultural norms, and personal politics. I believe belief systems and emotional expression are products of and responses to life events, evolving circumstances, internal and external expectations, and inevitable realities like race, class, caste, mortality and existentialism. Holistic Well-Being My work centers on holistic well-being as a function of connection and synergy with mind, body, environment and people. I use non-verbal expression, tools, rituals, movement, breathwork, art, nature immersion, and nurturing your inner child to support your healing journey. The Therapist-Client Relationship I show up as a relatable caring human—a fellow traveller, guide, facilitator and coach. I believe in investing in the therapeutic relationship and creating a safe, confidential space where you can be authentic and real. Together, we nurture that authenticity within and between us. My Methodology I take a curiosity-led, personalized approach for gradual, intentional and sustainable change. I receive emotions as well as psychosomatic sensations as messages from the body, recognizing that the body keeps the score. I address socio-cultural norms, privilege, toxic relationships, discrimination and power dynamics, centering lived experiences and impact over intent.
