I work with individuals to help them understand more of their conscious experience. Working from a Psychodynamic perspective, I look to childhood and environmental experiences that may have a profound influence on the current conscious state. Our work together will be at depth, spanning at least 8 weeks and establishing a relationship necessary to explore the underlying elements that may be present. As entailed in the sunrise, I look to offer hope; to bring about change in your current direction. There is great significance in taking the 'first step', as it represents a willingness to tread the winding trail through exploration and towards change. I am a member of the BACP and hold a masters degree in Psychodynamic Counselling. I have a Psychology degree and numerous years of experience in private and public settings, including schools and EAP providers.
