I'm Asher (he/they). I'm a queer, autistic therapist with works with I work with LGBTQIA+ adults around anxiety, self-worth, identity, long term mental health struggles and trauma. I work online with people across the UK. I'm from a northern, working-class background and have lived experience of mental health issues and disability. I'm trained in counselling, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and psychology.

I have training in hypnotherapy, integrative counselling and psychotherapy, and psychology. I draw on all of this and my lived experience to integrate different mental health approaches into sessions.
