I was a Primary teacher for over 30 years, but am also a qualified hypnotherapist. In addition, I am qualified as a psychotherapist and counsellor, as well as having completed a course in Neuro Linguistic Programming, which I have found very useful in improving and increasing the 'tools' that I can use as a hypnotherapist and counsellor. I am also qualified as an E.F.T Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping), a therapy which works surprisingly quickly and is highly effective. In addition, I have a certificate in Precision Hypnosis-Advanced course. I am a member of both the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society.
