Neurodiversity-affirming Psychotherapist with lived experience of ME/CFS offering gentle, paced online therapy for adults and young people living with M.E/CFS, neurodivergence & chronic health conditions.
My practice is grounded in compassion, accessibility, and a deep understanding of how long-term conditions and neurodivergence shape emotional wellbeing, identity, and the impact this can have on your daily life.
I support clients who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of survival. Together, we work at a pace that honours your energy limits and your lived experience. I welcome you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. My practice is focused on never pushing, never pathologising, always collaborating in a space that is safe and non-judgmental.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or justify your experience.
I look forward to the possibility of working together, and if I’m not the right fit for you, I wish you well in finding the therapist who feels right for your needs.

I hold an Enhanced DBS, and I am on the update service. I am committed to my personal and professional development, attending training and regular clinical supervision.
I have had the privilege of working as a school counsellor, supporting young people aged 12–18 with anxiety, low mood, identity challenges, neurodivergence, and the pressures of school life. This work strengthened my understanding of how early experiences, environment, and nervous system overwhelm shape emotional well-being.
I have also worked within a homelessness charity, offering psychological and emotional support to adults facing complex life circumstances, including trauma, social exclusion, chronic stress, and instability. This role deepened my commitment to providing therapy that is compassionate, non-judgemental, and grounded in real-world understanding.
Alongside this, I have provided online psychotherapy to adults, supporting clients living with ME/CFS, chronic health conditions, burnout, ADHD, autism, and long-term emotional overwhelm.
Working online has allowed me to develop a practice that is accessible, paced, and responsive to fluctuating energy and sensory needs. I offer short-term and open-ended therapy.
I specialise and bring lived experience in supporting people living with M.E/CFS, chronic health conditions and neurodivergence. Many of the people I work with are navigating burnout, overwhelm and the emotional impact of feeling misunderstood or limited by their energy or attention capacity. I understand the emotional and psychological impact of chronic illness, including the grief, frustration and anxiety that can come with fluctuating health and how this can impact every aspect of your life. I offer a space where you can feel truly heard, understood and work with your needs rather than against them.
I work as a pluralistic Psychotherapist, meaning I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from different therapeutic models depending on what you need. This might include exploring patterns from past experiences, working with thoughts and emotions in the present, or using practical strategies to help you manage overwhelm, anxiety, or low energy. Therapy is always adapted to your pace and capacity.
