Alongside my private work I have worked for a number of years in the NHS in both inpatient and community therapy settings with adolescents and adults. I work as a Senior Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in a community mental health team in Oxford, UK.

Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

I try to help people become less troubled and burdened by their difficulties, so they are better equipped to manage whatever life brings, when it does. A key part of the therapy focuses on the here and now, looking at the past while simultaneously considering the present, to help clients face the future more constructively and learn from their experiences. I am based in Oxford, UK, and offer online therapy only to people I have met in person. Together, we carefully consider personal reasons for choosing online versus face-to-face work.
