I use honest, trusting relationships to slowly discover the sensitive bits you came to therapy for (humanistic approach). where appropriate I 'sprinkle' in other ways of working once you and I have considered how it might help. You as the client will always the centre of my work, but I will use my expertise where appropriate and when agreed.
