You may have reached a point where old wounds, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, chronic illness, or a persistent sense of feeling lost or stuck are significantly affecting your life. Perhaps you've spent years coping alone, or perhaps something has happened that has shaken your sense of safety or who you are. Whatever has brought you here, every part of what you’re experiencing is welcome.
I believe healing happens in relationship: with another person, with your own body, and with all the parts of you waiting to be met with compassion rather than judgement. I offer a trauma-informed, humanistic, relational, mind-body-being approach, drawing from more than 20 years of clinical experience and training across multiple modalities. Based in the UK and practising internationally via Zoom, I also offer bespoke intensive work where we can arrange to meet in person. I welcome children, adults, couples, and people from all walks of life.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside people through an extraordinary range of experiences, including complex trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, complex bereavement, chronic illness and pain, with particular focus on power abuse and harm in therapeutic relationships. I also have experience working across diverse cultural identities and life circumstances, including refugees, third culture individuals, people with lived experience of homelessness or the care system, LGBTQ+ clients, and those in public-facing or high-pressure roles. Whatever your story, beliefs, identity, or background, you will be met with kindness, curiosity, and respect. My work is grounded in relational safety, autonomy, internal ethical consent, and the belief that healing begins by meeting ourselves without shame, exactly where we are.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you. Depending on your needs, sessions might involve reflective conversation, somatic inquiry, guided breathwork, body awareness, movement, stillness, creative expression, inner child work, parts work, or practices that help you better understand yourself and navigate everyday life. There is no expectation that you engage in any particular approach, together we find the rhythm, pace, and structure that feel right for you. For neurodivergent, Autistic/ ADHD individuals, if you prefer psychoeducation, a more cognitive approach, screen on or off, space to move or fidget, we adapt to the way your mind and body function best.
If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 20–30 minute introductory call so we can explore what you're looking for and whether I may be the right fit. If I'm unable to help directly, I'm always happy to offer guidance or signposting. My concession spaces are limited, but I aim to help those on lower incomes find accessible sources of support whenever possible.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here.

Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System
Life stores patterns - not just in memory, but in the body itself. People often carry tension from years of overwhelm, stress, suppressed emotion, or protective gripping - right down into their tissues, nervous system, and breath.
The Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) is a holistic and gentle yet powerful method designed to unlock those patterns from the inside out. This isn't therapy about the body - it's healing through the body. Guided by breath, conscious movement, sound, touch, emotional expression, and meditation, BBTRS® invites you to step into a deeper sense of presence, calm, and embodied autonomy.
Breath as Medicine Your breath is your first ally in healing: Conscious, deep breathing shifts the nervous system from tension into safety, helping stored stress dissolve rather than compound.
Movement That Opens the Body Embodied movement invites energy to flow where it was held back, transforming physical holding into spaciousness and ease.
Sound as Expression Vocal release creates softness around emotional edges and invites the nervous system to relax into more freedom.
Safe, Trauma-Informed Touch Gentle, respectful touch supports the nervous system's natural release processes and helps reconnect mind and body.
Emotional and Sensory Awareness Here, feelings are not pushed away- they're welcomed with compassion and curiosity, allowing real integration rather than resistance.
Meditative Presence Stillness anchors the experience, helping you carry transformation forward with grounded awareness. Together, these elements create a safe, powerful space where the body learns to unwind tension and rediscover its natural vitality.

Over many years, trainings and CPD experience accumulates, but this list is not a reflection of my competence or suitability to work with you, this will need to come from your felt sense and intuition. I am no expert. I'll accompany you on your journey to the best of my capacity and experience, but I will only ever be imperfectly human. Please take time to connect with as many therapists and approaches as possible to find who and what resonates most for your subjective needs in the present moment....
