I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist based in Marylebone, London, offering both in-person and online therapy for individuals and couples across the UK.
I work with individuals and couples seeking to develop greater confidence, emotional stability, and more fulfilling relationships. Many clients come to therapy experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or difficulties with intimacy. This may show up in dating, long-term relationships, family dynamics, friendships, or a general sense of feeling stuck. My aim is to help you understand these patterns and support you in creating healthier and more meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.
Couples therapy in London
For couples, I offer a structured and supportive space to explore the relational patterns that may be creating distance, conflict, or emotional disconnection. Couples therapy can help improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate affairs or ruptures, and deepen emotional and sexual intimacy. We work together to better understand your relationship dynamics and develop more connected and sustainable ways of being together.
Sex addiction and compulsive sexual behaviour therapy
I specialise in supporting clients experiencing compulsive sexual behaviours, including sex addiction, pornography use, and chemsex-related difficulties. Therapy focuses on understanding the emotional and psychological drivers behind these patterns, while also addressing the impact on relationships, trust, and self-esteem. This work is both compassionate and appropriately challenging, providing a safe and confidential space in Marylebone or online to create meaningful and lasting change.
LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy
I also have extensive experience working with gay men and LGBTQ+ clients, offering an affirming and non-judgemental space to explore issues around identity, intimacy, relationships, self-esteem, and modern dating. Therapy can help navigate the specific challenges that may arise within LGBTQ+ relationships and community life, supporting greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in creating a safe therapeutic relationship where meaningful change can take place.
I have a master's degree in psychotherapy and counselling and an advanced diploma in working with compulsive sexual behaviours and couple/relationship therapy.
