Every person is unique, experiencing an individual journey that sometimes can become difficult to navigate. We can lose our way and the challenges and obstacles we face are hard to negotiate alone.
I have practiced as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for 10 years, working with individuals of a variety of differing culture, age, class and circumstances, with experience of a wide range of presenting issues. The nature of the Integrative model of psychotherapy I practise encourages various theoretical techniques and disciplines and therefore a personal approach that is as unique as the individual themselves.
Working with the right psychotherapist allows the client to understand and navigate their own internal map and realise what possibilities lie in the here and now to facilitate positive emotional change. In working together my commitment is to provide the conditions and understanding for the most appropriate and beneficial therapy process for you to emerge.
I am an Accredited Member of the BACP, hold full professional insurance and work with individual adults from welcoming rooms in Chiswick and Richmond. I provide a secure, empathetic, non-judgemental space to reflect, explore experiences and associated feelings and behaviours from where personal growth can occur.
Please be in touch should you wish to see if I might be the right person to assist you.
I have practiced as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for 10 years having obtained my Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2016.
Following 4 years at two separate, well-established counselling and psychotherapy agencies working with individuals of a wide variety of differing culture, age, class and circumstances I now work solely with clients within private practice.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, hold full professional insurance. and am DBS cleared.
I have worked for over 30 years in Entertainment, PR and Communications. Most consistently in the music business but also TV and film, within multi-national corporations, major and independent record labels and consultancies. This working life has also given me a close perspective on the tension and demands that can accompany creative and artistic output, and how those who work under the constraints of consistent pressure and expectation can be impacted. I have much experience of the fast paced and high-pressure environment common to the media world and therefore I see clients in the Creative Arts within my private practice, offering a heightened understanding of this world and have consequently also been asked to present workshops in association with the Musicians Union at Trinity Laburn College. I am also an affiliated therapist with the Music Support and Help Musicians UK charities in addition to the Musicians Union.
Whilst my background may suggest a more natural understanding of the creative and corporate individual, I have deliberately trained in an experiential, integrative model and within placements that have provided clients from hugely diverse backgrounds of culture, class and ethnicity. I believe these equally differing experiences inform my offering as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

The nature of the integrative model of psychotherapy that I practise allows me to employ various theoretical techniques and disciplines.
I offer a personal approach that is as unique as the individual themselves and a flexibility in working together that can evolve within the client & counsellor relationship.
Our shared work might therefore be rooted in how the past has shaped and influenced the present, around growing up or potentially regarding specific life-changing events or incidents. Alternatively a focus on relational behaviours and attachments might be of particular resonance. For some, the spiritualistic aspect of the world around us might be what holds a rewarding period of reflection. In working together my commitment is to provide the conditions and understanding for the most appropriate and beneficial therapy process to emerge.
I offer my client, a safe and supportive space. With empathy and understanding I strive, where appropriate, to use congruent challenge to help support personal growth and affirmations.
I have welcoming rooms to meet at in Chiswick and Richmond. I also offer remote video sessions.
I am an Accredited Member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere and abide by their code of ethics.
