I am in the process of studying for my Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) where we are encouraged to draw from different theoretical perspectives, whether person-centred, traditional psychoanalysis, relational psychoanalysis among many others to establish our own sense of how we practice with clients.

With 12 years of experience in the HR sector and a CIPD Associate membership, I have a long history of advocating for mental health through workplace well-being campaigns. This corporate background gives me a nuanced understanding of how high-pressure professional environments contribute to anxiety and stress, ensuring that our work together accounts for the real-world organisational challenges clients might be facing.

My practice is a space for individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. You might be reaching out because you are navigating anxiety, depression, exploring your identity, sexuality or relationship structures. You may be someone who feels 'in-between' cultures and are searching for a true sense of belonging. Perhaps your intersecting identities or life experiences have left you feeling misunderstood or fundamentally disconnected from your sense of self.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, inclusive environment where you can redefine your self-narrative and build a life that feels authentically yours.

By working relationally, I believe we can create the safety necessary for you to be seen in your full complexity. My integrative method means I draw from various therapeutic tools to meet you exactly where you are.
