About me

My work is rooted in the belief that therapy is a shared space where the client's voice, experience, and pace lead the process. I offer a calm, compassionate, and confidential environment where clients can feel safe enough to share whatever they are ready to bring. I understand that trust develops over time, and I honour each client's readiness, emotions, and individual journey without pressure or judgement.

Experience

With over 20 years of experience working in education supporting young people, and nine years of therapeutic practice with adults and children, a deeply compassionate and respectful approach sits at the heart of the work. Support has been offered to clients experiencing the effects of childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem, both in private practice in Bromley and Harley Street and within educational and organisational settings.

The therapeutic space is created to feel safe, calm, and confidential, where clients are welcomed exactly as they are. The therapeutic relationship is central, allowing clients to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Within this connection, clients are supported to explore their experiences at their own pace, without pressure or judgement.

Alongside private practice, therapeutic group work is provided in schools, supporting both students and staff, as well as working with organisations that support women who have experienced abuse. This work helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of their emotional wellbeing, manage anxiety and stress, strengthen relationships, and build confidence and resilience.

My Approach

The priority is always to hold the space with care and sensitivity, enabling clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely.

The brain is not programmed for constant happiness, but for survival. Many emotional and behavioural patterns develop as protective responses to past experiences and attachment styles.

Through this supportive process, clients are empowered to develop greater self-awareness, find their beliefs, and move forward in a way that feels right for them.
