I am a UK-licensed, trauma-informed therapist with over 11 years’ experience supporting adults through stress, anxiety, burnout, and the emotional impact of past experiences. My background blends therapeutic counselling, creative approaches, and mind–body awareness, giving me a grounded, holistic understanding of how emotional patterns form - and how they can be safely released for long-term change.
I hold a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills, a Certificate in Children’s Counselling, and I am a Certified MAP Method™ Practitioner. I am also trained in NLP, Reiki, emotional regulation, trauma-informed practice, and working with complex trauma and nervous-system dysregulation. I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Psychology Society (NCPS), ICO registered, fully insured, and hold an Enhanced DBS.
My professional development includes specialist training in trauma, attachment, emotional abuse, coercive control, developmental trauma, ACEs, and parts-based work.
