I have 20 + years’ experience as a therapist, facilitator and coach, working with various client groups and organisations both locally and internationally.

I believe my role as a therapist and coach is to create a supportive, safe, encouraging and nourishing relationship and creative space that allows you to access and recognise healing and growth.

Sessions are always client-lead and will always be tailored to meet your specific needs, supporting you with a comprehensive approach considering your mental, physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
