Lindsay Hamilton

I am a senior attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist, trained and professionally experienced in London and now based in Spain. I offer one-to-one psychotherapy sessions via video link or telephone in a confidential setting.

I am a psychotherapist experienced in working with depression, eating disorder, self harm, self-esteem issues, and so on. I trained with the Minster Centre in Integrative Psychotherapy and with The Bowlby Centre in Attachment-based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I am Registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. I have been working professionally in psychotherapy since 2003.

I work with depression, self harm, OCD, eating disorder, relationship difficulties, shyness, and a wide range of other difficulties.

When you come to see me via video link we will have an initial consultation. If we start psychotherapy then you can attend once, twice, or three times a week. You can choose to sit in a chair or lie on a couch in your own space. Everything you tell me is confidential. I provide a safe space in which you can feel relaxed.
