Testimonials:
"Before I started therapy, I was in a dark stressful place, crying almost daily. Maggie's blend of understanding, honesty and creative communication techniques has improved not just my mental health, but my family relationships and my sleep too. Thank you for your support Maggie."
Adult, parent and carer with neurodiversity - dyspraxia
"Maggie is a gentle and intuitive therapist who creates a safe environment to share within. I found her work to be containing and wholly compassionate. I was initially worried about doing sessions online but I always felt connected and at ease after our initial session. I also enjoyed the creative elements involved (drama & art therapy) which provided a different avenue of exploring and it was particularly enlightening to have Maggie's input during those times. I highly recommend her practice!"

Adult with ADHD
"Before the dramatherapy sessions began my major concern was my binge eating and I felt stressed over my university work and ADHD. I noticed since the dramatherapy sessions started I stopped binge eating and I developed my self-reflection capacities. I was also able to finish my university work. The sessions prompt you to think about things you wouldn't normally and have you express them in a visual way that can be very helpful. It was helpful to reflect on the things that happened in my life and my feelings and find tangible tactics to help tackle any issues. I'm grateful for the sessions."

"Thank you Maggie for all you have done for my daughter, I really feel you have given her so much more self confidence and well being in herself in this important passage from school to college. She has definitely opened up and is making friends more easily and less challenged socially. I am extremely pleased with the process and I know my daughter will miss her sessions with you".
