Hi I'm Marie an experienced NCPS accredited Psychotherapist counsellor offering both short and long term therapy. I specialise in working with trauma and offer a confidential, non-judgemental, empathic safe space in which adults, children and young people can explore, express and acknowledge what's going on in their life both past and present. I have a relaxed, nurturing and laid back approach which helps in allowing my clients to feel relaxed and safe, and vital for working in depth on issues such as historical trauma, sexual, physical and psychological abuse which require a strong therapeutic connection and trust.

I have worked in various settings with both adults and children for 23+ years And have the following qualifications Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills & Theory (Distinction) Level 5 Diploma in Counselling skills and Theory (Distinction) Level 5 Diploma in Counselling children and young people (Distinction) Asist Suicide Prevention certificate And I am a member of the NCPS

I integrate a range of therapies depending on your needs and believe this makes the way I work different from traditional talking therapies. You may feel anxious or nervous about seeing a therapist, I offer a free initial 30 minute session so why not book a free session and then see how you feel? Counselling is delivered online or face to face in my office if you live near Grantham. Counselling can be short or long term, and is all about you and what you need.
