Biofeedback Work

An initial session encompasses a consultation and biofeedback work. This lasts about an hour. Follow up sessions are 45 mins -1 hour.

Psychotherapeutic Counselling

Our approach in this Clinic is Integrative because every one is unique, and every crisis is specific to the individual. Different theoretical approaches are used during our work for each case. That way, we work together towards your recovery. The integrative approach is designed to deepen the relationship with one's self, the client and life, so has the potential to engage the client in all aspects of life to enrich the therapeutic process. Approaches used include Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt.

We offer medium to long term counselling, as well as short term work. I am bound by the Codes of Practice of BACP, and the Data Protection Act and have undergone a CRB check.

Clinical Supervision

We offer Clinical Supervision to support colleagues to develop and gain skill to manage their clinical practice in a progressive and ethical way.
