About me

I'm Nicki, an integrative psychotherapist and registered member of the BACP. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, which can be tailored to individual needs or aligned with your preferences. We can carry unresolved feelings, have depression, anxiety caused by trauma or life experiences, which can make our minds feel chaotic. The weight of these experiences can show up in ways we don't always recognise. My therapy creates a safe space to begin sorting through those thoughts and feelings. Healing isn't always about fixing yourself; it's about understanding yourself. You may feel stuck but sometimes, the patterns holding us back are ones we've unknowingly learned. Therapy can help you begin to see that the way you feel does not have to be permanent. With the right support, you can realise you are not broken, you are becoming self-aware and getting to know the most important person - you. As this process unfolds, it can naturally build your confidence and strengthen your sense of worth. If you would like to get in touch, I offer a free 15 minutes introduction call.

My work spans a wide range of issues, including sexual abuse and childhood trauma. I am committed to ongoing professional development in line with BACP standards and have undertaken additional training in relational work, suicidal ideation, and women's issues. Specialisms

I have experience working with people who have experienced domestic abuse or childhood sexual abuse. I also work with a variety of relationship challenges—not just couples, but all kinds of relational dynamics. Many of the issues I work with bring up anxiety, depression, or other mental health difficulties, and I aim to provide a supportive, understanding space to help you navigate these experiences. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent clients.

My Approach

I'm Nicki, an integrative psychotherapist and registered BACP member. I work with self-awareness, helping you identify patterns and responses in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to better understand yourself. I also use visual tools and practical supports to help manage overwhelm or work through experiences of trauma, tailoring our approach to what feels most effective and comfortable for you.
