I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist offering online therapy across the UK for individuals and couples.
I offer support for individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, communication challenges, conflict, betrayal, emotional disconnection, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, loss, loneliness, and life transitions.
Many of the difficulties we experience do not arise in isolation. They emerge within the context of our relationships, our histories, and the ways we have learned to adapt to life. Therapy offers an opportunity to explore these experiences with greater awareness, understanding, and compassion.
Whether working with an individual or a couple, I provide a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where difficulties can be explored, patterns better understood, and new possibilities begin to emerge.
I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Couples Psychotherapy.
I have over ten years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples. My work is informed by relational psychotherapy, attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, and contemporary understandings of emotional wellbeing and human development.
Alongside supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, I have a particular interest in relationships, attachment, communication, intimacy, and the ways our earlier experiences continue to influence our adult lives.
I work exclusively online, supporting clients throughout the UK, and remain committed to ongoing professional development, supervision, and ethical practice.

My approach is relational, integrative, and informed by a transpersonal perspective.
I understand many emotional and relationship difficulties as meaningful responses to our experiences rather than problems to be fixed. Together we explore the patterns, emotions, assumptions, and protective strategies that may be shaping your experience. This often includes attention to attachment, family history, relationship dynamics, and the ways past experiences continue to influence the present.
When working with couples, I am particularly interested in what emerges within the relational space between partners. Difficulties within relationships often reflect more than the content of a disagreement. They can reveal deeper longings, vulnerabilities, fears, and patterns that are seeking understanding and expression.
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change emerges through awareness, honesty, presence, and the willingness to engage with ourselves and one another more deeply. Therapy offers a space to explore your experiences with care and curiosity, supporting greater understanding, emotional clarity, connection, and the possibility of lasting change.
