About me
Everyone is unique. So I tailor my sessions around your needs. I can provide face to face sessions as well as online or telephone. Whichever suits you the best. I was trained in a range of counselling techniques and have experience in supporting clients with a range of issues. I can work with adults as well as children aged 6 years plus. Other languages I can provide counselling in is Gujarati.

My approach to therapy is to first listen to the client. I feel everyone is unique and therefore has their own unique needs. I offer a non judgemental approach to counselling and a safe space. I work together with the client to help them achieve their goals in counselling.
