HI my name is Sharon, I'm a psychotherapeutic, certified EMDR and DBT therapist and supervisor, or as most of my clients refer to me as a 'out of the box therapist' this is due to me using different modalities to help people move forward in life. I offer sessions to both individuals or couples. Reaching out for help can be a challenge in itself so I ensure to make the process as easy as possible by giving a calm space to feel comfortable to talk about what is going on for you or for us to explore what is going on for you if you are unsure. I have worked within social care/mental health for many years and also have overcome struggles within my own life. I work with clients with a range of issues including but not limited to:- suicidal ideation emotional dysregulation stress OCD anxiety depression PTSD/CPTSD I offer sessions either online using zoom/WhatsApp/we mind (for EMDR clients), or on the telephone. I ensure to give you a safe, confidential space to feel able to open up in regards to what ever is going on for you.
