I am a Humanistic Integrative Therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a background in psychology and neuroscience, including an MSc from King’s College London. My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing begins within a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.
I work integratively, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and relational approaches to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique experiences and needs. I offer support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity and relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult past experiences.
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I aim to help clients deepen self-awareness, reconnect with themselves, process emotional pain safely, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
Alongside private practice, I have experience working within counselling placements supporting diverse adult clients, including individuals presenting with moderate to complex emotional difficulties. My background in psychology, education, and mental health allows me to integrate psychological understanding with a deeply human and empathic therapeutic relationship.
I offer online and telephone therapy for adults in a calm, non-judgemental, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or simply feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand yourself more deeply.
