Teresa Just Us Therapy

Based in the heart of Woking—just a 25-minute train ride from London Waterloo—I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples. Together, we will work at your pace, using tailored techniques to help you navigate life's complexities and relationship challenges.

As a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, and Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I bring extensive training to our sessions. I support clients facing a wide range of personal and emotional difficulties, including: Anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

Grief, trauma, and anger management.

Relationship, marriage, and family issues.

Workplace stress and bullying.

I offer flexible support with both in-person sessions at my comfortable Woking practice and online therapy via Google Meet.

I am an Accredited Registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and I adhere to their Code of Ethical Practice. I abide by NCPS recommendations for regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD).
