Hello, I'm Nina Caton Gupta, a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist & Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. My clinic, Richmond Park Therapies, is located in Kingston upon Thames and is an elegant home-based setting for your treatment. I've been in private practice since 2011 and have worked in physiotherapy clinics, a hospital and most recently from my own therapy spaces. I am also a certified Baby Massage Instructor. I am a member of the CNHC, CThA, AoR and MLD UK.

I hold the following professional qualifications: Diplomas in: Anatomy, Physiology & Pathologies; Holistic Massage; Reflexology; Sport Massage and Sport Treatments (Level 5); Onsite (Chair) Massage; Indian Head Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (medical MLD for lymphoedema). My MLD & DLT qualifications are accredited by the Dr Vodder Academy International. I have attended post-graduate training courses in Deep Tissue Massage, Massage Therapy in Cancer Care; Advanced Clinical Massage for Scar Tissue, Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology for Fertility.

Holistic therapy takes in to consideration everything affecting a person: their body type, any health conditions or injuries, their lifestyle and their emotional state. Before commencing any treatment, at (or during the pandemic, before) your first appointment we will conduct a full health and well-being assessment in order to understand whether you have any conditions or issues which might be affected by treatment. It is an opportunity for me to answer any questions you might have and to understand what you are hoping to achieve through your therapy. The majority of my clients have entrusted me with boosting their well-being for many years now, and most of my new clients arrive through direct personal recommendation. One of the benefits of being a sole practitioner is that I can provide a continuity of care that is just not possible within multi-therapist settings. ​
