Raffaella is the founder and director of The Balanced Yoga and Natural Health Institute offering Yoga (specialize in Chronic back pain), Qigong, EFT, Ayurveda Indian Medicine system (Nutrition, lifestyle, herbal medicine, Detox, fertility, menopause, Panchakarma. Life coaching). Very popular are Hesd and face marma massage - Shiroabhyanga, foot reflexology. Thai Massage (whole body and therapeutic massage for back pain, shoulders, knees, abdominal massage, headache, etc.), Reiki, Sound and Energy healing and professional courses at our Online Academy or in person. She also offer professional courses in Yoga, Thai massage, Sound Healing and Reiki. Raffaella has worked for 3 years as lead teacher and mentor at Yoga Veda institute, leader school in the field of Ayurveda Yoga Therapy and training. In her role, she gave support and mentoring to a large community of international students.

I have many years of experience in supporting clients making realistic changes, my approach is personalised. I take time to really understand what is the client need and plan each session to give what's most needed to help moving forward.
