I am a full time professional Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach with many years experience based in Bromley, Kent. I am an Acknowledged Supervisor with the professional body of the GHR. I am fully insured. I aim to provide a caring and compassionate service using an additional range of NLP, CBT and EMT tools to support my clients in the best way possible. I now am a certified provider of Dr. Stephen Porges The Safe and Sound Protocol which through sound frequency aims to reset the Autonomic Nervous System (Fight, Flight, Freeze Centre. My work is always solutioned focused and directed towards holistic healing and well-being at all times. My main specialities are anxiety fears and phobias, auto-immune ailments, confidence, insomnia and sleep, weight loss. I am a past life regression specialist and a registered member of the Past Life Therapists Association. I offer an extensive range of other services and therapies including personal development, Spiritual Counselling and healing. I am also a teacher of positive psychology, Meditation and Mindfulness for Bromley Adult Education College and it's community partners. I run a range of private groups , classes and retreats across Kent and South East London. I am a published author of 2 books .
