I provide a safe, confidential and professional space to practice Reiki and breathwork. I'm passionate about mental health and wellbeing and promise a calm and relaxing environment in which to discover Reiki and also the power of breathwork.

Background & Reiki Qualifications

I'm Level 1 & 2 Reiki trained and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. I'm also a qualified breathwork coach. I'm currently studying to be a Humanistic Therapist at University. I hold an enhanced DBS check and am fully insured.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

I love what I do, Reiki is a very special therapy that can mean so many different things to different people. I love talking through therapies with clients after sessions and hearing the different sensations and feelings they have experienced. I cannot stress enough the importance I place on professionalism within my private therapy space, as a student working towards a counselling degree I'm proud to already be practicing two different therapies in an extremely ethical, safe, clean and confidential space.
