I discovered Reiki while trying to recover from Long COVID.

I was so impressed by my experience that I decided to train in Reiki and practise on family members, friends, and neighbours.

The positive feedback I received encouraged me to become a full-time practitioner.

What I love about Reiki is that every treatment is beneficial not only for the recipient but also for me as a practitioner. Reiki energy flows through me before reaching the recipient, making each session beneficial for both of us.

One of the most rewarding aspects of practising Reiki is hearing from clients who feel better after a session, particularly when they have been struggling with an issue for a long time.

I would like Reiki to reach as wide and diverse a group of people as possible; my impression is that many people who might benefit from Reiki are simply unaware of it or have never considered trying it.

I have completed the training required to practise Reiki professionally and offer sessions to the public.

I am fully insured and a member of the Reiki Guild.

Before becoming a Reiki practitioner, I worked as a Data Scientist for over 20 years and hold a degree in Statistics.

I offer traditional Usui Reiki.

My approach is to keep Reiki simple. While some practitioners combine Reiki with crystals, tuning forks, singing bowls, or other complementary techniques, I prefer to practise Reiki on its own.

In my experience, Reiki is effective without adding anything else, so my sessions focus entirely on Reiki.

Mikao Usui developed Reiki for spiritual, emotional, and physical healing.

I focus mainly on emotional and physical healing because these are the areas in which I have experienced Reiki's benefits myself.

I practise from my home in New Eltham; I have deliberately kept the treatment room looking like an ordinary living room, without Japanese, spiritual, or religious decorations.

I want people to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, whether they are spiritual, religious, sceptical, or simply curious about Reiki.
