In order to help a person recover and thrive on a deeper level, I consider the emotional and physical components that affect a person's welfare rather than focusing on a single issue. I combine Reiki and Therapeutic Coaching, which integrates a variety of techniques designed to help you tackle difficult situations, overcome uncertainty about what to do next, and improve your general wellbeing. The goal is to find balance, remove obstacles, and help you express feelings and ideas in a safe and guided space. Taking this approach also focuses on using questions and listening to help you find and resolve issues on your own to bring about change and personal growth. My being open and sensitive to you, the recipient, will help guide the energy, forming a powerful force for good.
